It is essential to know each player's individuality and to have one-on-one conversations to understand their expectations and their profile. Not long ago I met with Pedro Seabra (Emotional Performance), who works on this behavioral side, and he talks a lot about the importance of identifying different profiles. Through interviews done right when a player arrives at the club, it's possible to map out player profiles.
