Inside the Platform

This isn't theory. It's a screen you open every week.

From the arrival interview to the post-match report, the platform follows the squad through the moments that decide everything: before the week, on matchday and after it. Six examples of what you'll find inside.

Getting Started

How this actually enters your work.

The first question you ask isn't whether it works. It's how much time it costs you. The answer is here, week by week.

Before you start

Your squad's profiles, without taking anyone out of training

An online test of around twenty minutes per athlete, taken at their own pace. And yours, because you are half of every relationship in the dressing room.

  • Behavioral and emotional intelligence profiles for the whole squad
  • Your own profile as a leader, so the coach ↔ athlete crossing works
  • None of it takes up training time
First week

A session explaining what each profile actually means

We don't hand you a login and wish you luck. The debrief is done with you and with the people working alongside you.

  • Debrief session with your technical staff, the whole squad, profile by profile
  • Platform onboarding for everyone who will use it
  • The first conversations prepared with us, before you have them
From there on

The two-minute routine

After a month nobody remembers how it was before. That is the aim, and it is why the logging has to be short.

  • First weekly radar and first drop alerts
  • First matchday briefing on the Friday
  • Adjusting whatever isn't fitting your week
In Practice

How it fits into your working week.

It isn't one more tool in the bag. It's what you open on Monday, what you check before a conversation and what you receive on Friday.

Monday

You open last week's radar

Three lines: energy, focus and cohesion. Not your gut feeling on Sunday night, but what the squad reported and what the profiles say about it.

  • Who went up and who dropped against the previous week, athlete by athlete
  • Who is flagged with emotional intelligence in decline, with the likely reason tied to their profile
  • A suggested one-to-one for this week, with two or three names, never a list of twenty-five
Tuesday and Wednesday

You have the conversations, with a script

Before each one-to-one you open the player's profile and see what works with him and what blocks him. Five minutes of preparation.

  • The athlete's profile: what motivates him, how he reacts to pressure, how he takes a mistake, how he learns
  • What to say and what to avoid saying, with this profile and at this moment
  • Your profile crossed with his: where the natural friction is and what you have in common
  • Space to log what happened, so the next reading is better informed
Friday

You get the matchday briefing

A PDF with the group's emotional state before the game, and who needs a different gesture this particular week.

  • Group state: energy, focus and cohesion going into the matchday
  • Athletes at risk of dropping off and what usually works with each
  • Suggested approaches for the starting eleven and for those left out, which is where most dressing rooms are lost
After the match

You log it in two minutes

This isn't more paperwork. It is two minutes that feed the following week's radar and make the reading sharper each time.

  • How those who played little or not at all reacted
  • Who responded well to the pressure of the result and who disappeared
  • What the staff wants to track the following week
Every three months

You see the trend, not a snapshot

An emotional intelligence report per athlete and for the squad, to see what has changed since the start of the season.

  • Emotional management quadrant per athlete: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management
  • Estimated cost of leaving each deficit untreated, translated into dressing-room behaviour
  • Comparison against the start of the season and against the squad average
What You Get

Six things in the hands of the technical staff.

Each one has a clear recipient inside the staff. None of it needs a psychologist to be read.

Profile per athlete

How he reacts to pressure, mistakes, winning and the group. In dressing-room language, not clinical language.

Whole technical staff

Communication guide

What challenges and what blocks each player, when to confront and when to protect.

Head coach

Weekly radar

Squad energy, focus and cohesion, week by week, with the change against the previous one.

Whole technical staff

Drop alerts

Automatic flagging of whoever is declining, with a suggested conversation before the next session.

Head coach

Coach ↔ athlete crossing

Where the friction sits between your profile and his, and how to adjust without stopping being yourself.

Each staff member

Matchday briefing

A weekly PDF with the group's state going into the game and who needs attention.

To Be Clear

What the platform does and what it doesn't.

The most common resistance isn't to the method, it's the fear of more work and of an outside voice in the dressing room. Neither happens.

What we don't do

  • Clinical diagnoses or personality labels
  • A new voice in the dressing room talking to your players
  • One more dashboard nobody opens on a Tuesday
  • Extra hours demanded from the technical staff
  • Deciding for you who plays, who stays or who goes
  • Reports only a psychologist can read

What we do

  • A reading per athlete, written in the language the staff already uses
  • It fits the routine the club already has, without creating a new one
  • Two minutes of logging a week, not two hours
  • Concrete conversation suggestions, with names and with timing
  • The technical staff always decides. We provide the reading.
  • Confidential data, never shared outside the technical staff
Platform Plans

Two plans. The tool, or the tool with someone alongside.

The platform is the same in both. What changes is whether you use it on your own with support, or whether we're with you in the weeks when decisions are expensive.

Base Plan

Platform

The platform and your squad's profiles, in the hands of the whole technical staff.

  • Behavioral and emotional intelligence profiles for the whole squad
  • Access for the entire technical staff, not just the head coach
  • Communication guides, player by player
  • Weekly radar of energy, focus and cohesion
  • A debrief session on the profiles and platform onboarding
  • Email support throughout the season

Request a demo

We don't publish prices because it depends on squad size and how many staff members you involve. Get in touch for a proposal built around you, with no commitment. If you'd rather start with the training, Level 2 of The Coach's Code already includes the platform.

Demo

Thirty minutes with your squad in front of you.

In a demo we show real profiles, the radar and a matchday briefing, with examples from the level and context you work in.

We reply within one working day. Data handled in full confidence, never shared outside the technical staff.
